Our beautiful Victorian villa hotel overlooks Kimberley Park - a short stroll from Falmouth's beaches here in Cornwall, the harbour and a busy town centre.

The guest house accommodation has 12 spotless, individually-furnished en-suite bedrooms. We are Peter and Susie Erlam, originally from Cheshire but, after plenty of travelling ourselves, eager converts to Falmouth, Cornwall. We'd love you to fall for Cornwall as much as we did, which is why we treat all our guests like visitors to our hotel as we know it 'our home'. Our priorities are your comfort and enjoyment, so we are not like any other hotel in Falmouth we offer exactly what will best enhance your stay: beautiful beds, fantastic home-cooked breakfasts and the personal touch.
